Results description
2.1  Job status

The job status bar demonstrates the status of a job in real time, including the status (waiting, running, finished, error) of each step, and the time it used.

2.2  Quality distribution result

Quality distribution result shows the distribution of the raw reads, including base quality distribution and quality distribution.

1, NM-Name: ENSEMBL Gene ID;
2, Chrom: Chromosome number;
3, G_Strand: Gene Strand;
4, GeneLen: Gene Length;
5, ExonLen: Exon Length;
6, G_Exp: Stat. of reads number that mapped to gene sequecnes in chromosome;
7, Exon: Stat. of reads number that just mapped to exon sequences which include exon reads in chromosome and junction sequences;
8, Intron: Stat. reads number that just mapped to intron sequences;
9, RPKM Value: calculated by formula: ((1e+9)*ExonReads)/(ExonLen*TotalUniqueMappedReads);
10, Function: Functional information.

2.5  GO result

The output results of GO program contain one figure and a gene list information. For example: Test data results provided as follows,

GO result figure show the expression level of two sample data analyzed with different colors, including all the vocabularies of cellular component, biological process, and molecular function.

When you click the ˇ°Detailsˇ±, the detail information about GO statistics infromation was shown.

Click the digit in the Gene Number cloumn,a gene list information table list all genes belong to a particular functional category.

2.6  KEGG result

The output results of KEGG program contain one figure and gene list information. For example: Test data results provided as follows,

One KEGG PATHWAY figure: Gene expression variation is indicated by color changes (From magenta to cyan).

When you click the picture ,a table list including gene expression information would be showed.
